who are we looking for?

Entrepreneurs with start-up companies who are in the concept stage and up to entrepreneurs who have a product at an advanced stage and on the way to raising investments.

Local networking

Assistance with connecting to potential partners, customers, investors and a mixed community of participants in other programs and graduates with affinity to business partners and the investor community in Israel.

Customized mentoring

Individual training and coaching from experts and talented entrepreneurs, as part of one-on-one meetings and group workshops

Training program

A six-month training program accompanied by experienced entrepreneurs that includes workshops, lectures and events to create the perfect surrounding for the project, including support services such as office services, administration, attorney, accountant, etc.

Initial pilot creation

In collaboration with the council, the economic company and the partners in the program, we will promote cooperation in the form of a pilot to create a technological or business feasibility study.

Office space

Shared workspaces for program participants and graduates to foster exchange and knowledge sharing between ventures.

International Networking

Creating collaborations and assistance in entering international markets, including but not limited to, twin cities in Germany and Brazil through the Emek Hefer Council's Twin Cities Program.

After completing the application, the HIC Steering Committee (a committee composed of the center's management, Emek Hefer local council, representatives of our business partners and selected investors) will invite the most promising ventures to meet us and present the venture to us.

The beta-people program lasts about 4-6 months. During the program, you will participate in a variety of group workshops once every two weeks and will be eligible to meet with partners as often as required.

During the program, weekly conversations will take place, in which we invite experts from various fields, including but not limited, founders with experience in successful and well-known start-ups, venture capital funds, executives from well-known technology companies and content experts.

Parallel with the mentoring program, we will begin building a pilot with the HIC partner companies, including the Emek Hefer Council. This program will be uniquely tailored to each participant and will create a balance between the company's requirement and the startup participating in the program

in order to complete the pilot as successfully as possible.

After completing the program, which includes the mentoring and the pilot with the partners of the Innovation Center, the program will end with a "Demo Day" event in which all the start-ups participating in the program will present their products and services to a select audience of investors.
